Administrative & Operations Support

• Process and manage daily orders from all sales channels.

• Perform sales data entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting.

• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, expenses, and operational documents.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors when required.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WA, DM, and marketplace platforms in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.

• Upload and update products, pricing, and promotions on GrabFood, GoFood, and other platforms.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently.

• Experience in F&B business is a plus

• Basic Canva skills for simple posters or announcements is a plus
