Twinkle Stars is a nationally accredited A early childhood education center that has been trusted by families since 1998. With over 27 years of experience, we are proud to operate three branches in Cilandak, Pondok Labu (South Jakarta), and Greenville (West Jakarta).

We offer both schooling and daycare programs for children aged 18 months to 6 years, using a bilingual curriculum (English–Indonesian) that combines the Montessori approach with the Indonesian national standards.

Job Vacancy: Digital Admin – Twinkle Stars (Pondok Labu)



Twinkle Stars Early Education Center is looking for a Digital Admin to support our marketing and admin work.

This position is based at our Pondok Labu branch with a hybrid schedule:

3 days onsite and 2 days online every week.



Your job will include:

Managing and running ads on TikTok, Instagram, and Google.

Updating and maintaining the school website.

Using Google Sheets to track student inquiries and data.

Creating simple content such as images, videos, and captions.

Handling chats and messages from parents via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram.

Helping with registration and follow-up for new students.



We are looking for someone who is:

Female, maximum age 28

Able to use Google Workspace and social media tools.

Creative, neat, and can work with many tasks.

Able to work independently and on time.

Good in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English.

Has experience in admin, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
