Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The HR Supervisor – Generalist is responsible for supervising and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration. The role ensures HR operations run efficiently and align with company policies, culture, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.

  • Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policy and labor law.

    • Promote a positive work environment and foster good communication across all levels.

    • Support employee engagement programs and company events.

      Performance Management

    • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support department heads in goal setting and evaluation.

      • Monitor probationary evaluations and ensure timely feedback and documentation.

      • Support initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity.

        Training & Development

        • Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.

        • Maintain training records and monitor post-training effectiveness.

        HR Policy & Compliance

        • Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

        • Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure company compliance.

        • Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analysis for management.

        Supervision & Team Management

        • Supervise HR staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

        • Provide guidance and support to team members for continuous improvement.
