Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of affiliate marketing programs.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
Monitor affiliate performance based on KPIs (sales, conversions, traffic).
Manage affiliate links, promo codes, and campaign activations.
Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce teams for campaign execution.
Ensure affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
Prepare regular affiliate performance reports.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in affiliate, digital, or performance marketing.
Familiar with affiliate platforms and e-commerce tools.
Strong understanding of creator and KOL ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and strong communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
