Akuntan Biaya Produksi

Responsibility:

• Preparing and managing daily, monthly, and annual financial reports for projects as required

• Handling payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements

• Creating and managing invoices (daily, monthly, annually)

• Ensuring accurate COGS recording and analysis for all relevant transactions

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper cost allocation and reporting accuracy

• Calculate, prepare, and report monthly taxes (VAT, Income Tax Article 21, 23, 25, 4(2), etc.).

• Ensure company tax compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Perform reconciliations between accounting reports and tax reports.

• Organize and maintain tax and financial documentation properly.

• Input tax data and perform tax administration through e-Faktur and e-Bupot systems.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Accounting roles

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in COGS

• Familiar with financial reporting, invoicing, and project-based accounting

• High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Certified in Tax Brevet A, B, and C (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting & tax regulations

• advanced skills in Excel (especially for data reconciliation)
