Akuntan Internal

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping and transaction recording

2. Handle invoice processing, payment execution, and reimbursement administration.

3. Monitor and reconcile petty cash, bank transactions, and financial record.

4. Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow updates, and simple budget tracking.

5. Maintain accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with internal policies.

6. Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams regarding finance-related matters.

7. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

8. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and archiving of financial records.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles

2. Background in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting tools

5. Experienced in using HRIS and payroll systems

6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

7. High integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling financial data

8. Able to work full-time onsite (WFO) in Pluit, Jakarta Utara

9. Available to join immediately is highly preferred
