Akuntan Keuangan

Finance & Accounting:

• Record and reconcile daily sales, cash flow, and banking transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and vendor payments.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports.

• Ensure timely payroll processing and tax compliance (PPh, PPN, BPJS).

• Support budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and management.

Operational Support:

• Monitor stock and cost of goods in coordination with the bar manager and procurement team.

• Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.

• Assist in financial planning for events, collaborations, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry.

• Strong understanding of accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative setting.
