Looking for a dynamic, multi-faceted role in Medan? PT Pupuk Kelapa Sawit Jaya (PKSJ Group) is expanding, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Finance & Accounts to join our team!

If you thrive in a versatile role that bridges finance, tax compliance, shipping logistics, and cross-border collaboration with our Malaysia HQ, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Finance & Tax: Day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and managing monthly/annual Indonesian tax compliance.

2. Cost Control & Shipping: Tracking freight costs, demurrage, port/customs charges, and managing Incoterms/shipment statuses.

3. HR & Admin Support: Coordinating recruitment, processing payroll data for HQ, managing staff welfare, and handling legal/admin documentation.

   Qualifications:

   1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

   2. Practical knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

   3. Good command of spoken & written English (to liaise with HQ in Malaysia).

   4. Proficient in MS Excel & Word.

   5. Exposure to shipping, logistics, or import/export is a huge plus!

   6. Valid passport and willingness to travel to HQ in Malaysia when needed.
