Junior Business Analyst (SCM & Data Analytics) Semarang, Central Java | Full-Time | On-Site PT Pandum Parahita Lestantun (Subsidiary company of YOKULAK / PT YoKulak Kreasi Indonesia)
Job Description: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Yo-Kulak’s Supply Chain Management system while developing data-driven insights that improve purchasing, inventory, and business performance.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical potential are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. * Strong logical, analytical, and quantitative thinking. Strong foundation in mathematics and basic statistics. * High curiosity and willingness to learn business operations. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement.

Mandatory Technical Requirements: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. * Basic SQL for querying and analyzing data. * Basic Python for data processing and automation. * Understanding of descriptive statistics and basic forecasting concepts. * Ability to learn new business systems and technologies quickly. * Able to read English technical documentation.

Preferred: * Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib. * Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase. * Understanding of inventory management, supply chain, or ERP systems through academic projects or internships.
