We are looking for a Special Projects Management Trainee Candidate who will focus on Reservations/ Revenue Management and Special Projects.

This specialist candidate that expected to analyse the market: track the activity of the establishment (bookings, cancellations, occupancy rate) and gather competitive intelligence. Candidate also required communication and analytical skills to create reports and make suggestions to management. Special Projects- can be revenue or customer related projects depending on the needs of the business.

Successful Candidate will be expected to be trained operationally to be part of the front desk operations in the first 3 months. This person must have a strong command of English and be able to work with the head office staff in Singapore. Successful candidate must be ready to sign a 2 year contract and be trained about 1 month in Singapore.

Qualifications:* Degree Holder (regardless of academic disciplines) •⁠ ⁠Strong in English both speaking and writing •⁠ ⁠Must have very high levels of attention to details and exactness. •⁠ ⁠Able to manage and optimize property listings on various OTA platforms •⁠ ⁠Has a proactive high initiative logical thinking. •⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills •⁠ ⁠Superb organizational and time management abilities •⁠ ⁠Has a good attitude and able to handle complain •⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a team or individually •⁠ Must have very high levels of personal discipline, honesty and integrity.
