Bachelor Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
Excellent in leadership communication and problem solving skill
Minimum of two years’ experience in similar position preferably from five star hotel
Good understanding of hotel operational standards (SOP & service excellence)
Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Strong administrative and reporting skills (daily report, log book, handover shift)
Familiar with basic hotel systems and tools (PMS / internal systems is an advantage)
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene standards
Able to work in shift schedule, weekends, and public holidays
Discipline, responsible, and consistent with company policies
Physically and mentally fit to support operational activities
Willing to learn and continuously improve skills
Service-oriented mindset with strong work ethics
