• Minimum education D3/S1 in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in architecture, construction, or project development.
• Proficient in architectural and technical drawing, with a good understanding of construction methods and building materials.
• Able to use relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; proficiency in additional design or project management software is a plus.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
