- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Managerial role (hospitality industry preferred) - Strong understanding of sales strategy, revenue targets, and business forecasting - Able to create, read, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports - Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple units or teams - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Result-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven - Able to monitor operational standards and ensure consistency across units - Willing to travel between units in Bali as required - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
