Area Sales Leader Makassar

- Overseeing productivity of Promoters/ Sales Agent and focus on improving sales performance in respective area.

- Taking part on the Promoters/ Sales agent recruiting process.

- Planning for Promoters/ Sales Agent working area as well as defining target sales per promoter align with the National Sales Target.

- Regularly oversee all activities related to the sale including follow-up potential customers.

- Actively involve on Promoters/ Sales Agent development activities (Training; Coaching and Counselling).

- Observe and analyse for the effectiveness promotion scheme on Makassar and create recommendation for Promotion Scheme.

- Actively developing ACSI’s network on Makassar.

*Qualification :

- Min. Education background is Diploma in any field.

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the sales field at Multi finance company or Electronic Brand Principal (specifically on consumer financing is a point plus).

- Having experience in managing sales team.

- Required Skill(s): Negotiation, Sales, Marketing, Social media and Managing Team.

- Domicile at Makassar Area.
