Area Sales Manager (Jakarta)

Job Description :

1. Create and develop sales strategies to achieve company targets, optimize product distribution through diverse channels, and analyze distribution challenges. 2. Analyze regional sales performance data to identify trends, assess performance gaps, and pinpoint areas for improvement. 3. Track weekly and monthly sales performance, and devise strategies to meet established targets. 4. Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to optimize sales performance and achieve financial goals. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and business partners to drive sales and ensure long-term collaboration. 6. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of promotional strategies and campaign execution.

Job Requirement :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major 2. Experienced for at least 5 years in the same position from FMCG Company 3. Experienced in handling General Trade for F&B products (preferably dairy products) 4. Expert in managing Sales in the East region of Indonesia (Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Papua). 5. Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and teamwork 6. Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills 8. Fluent in English both speaking & writing 9. Willing to travel for business trips outside the city, with the home base located in South Jakarta.
