Requirements:

• Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil & Building Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an architect, but fresh graduates and those with less experience are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in the following software:

  • Design Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/Archicad.

  • Rendering Software: Enscape, Lumion.

  • BIM Software: Revit/Archicad (for integrated modeling).

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (minimum: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Adobe Photoshop (for image editing).

  • Ready to do business trip

Job Description:

• Develop architectural design concepts & detailed plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure design alignment.

• Manage projects from planning to completion, including construction supervision and on-site problem-solving.

• Produce informative and practical working drawings.

• Propose material specifications and conduct quality assurance for architectural materials used in the design.

• Capable of preparing budget estimates (RAB - Rencana Anggaran Biaya).

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and present effective design solutions.

• Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and other stakeholders.
