Finance, Accounting and Tax Senior Staff

PT Transnational Solutions is seeking a talented Finance, Accounting and Tax Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in our Central Jakarta office. This full-time position is critical to supporting our company's strategic financial objectives and ongoing success.

Job Description :

• Handle account payble (AP) & account receivable (AR).

• Preparing monthly invoices and send to customer on time

• Handling accruals and prepayments and account those properly in general ledges

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations

• Provide support in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations

• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and company policies

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial procedures

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role, preferably in the corporate sector

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Thorough understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
