Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Supervisor will assist in managing daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, coordinating schedules, supporting service delivery, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The role also involves providing support to the Supervisor in implementing policies, resolving challenges, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers

• Basic understanding of operational workflows, inventory management, and customer service protocols

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring team objectives are met

• Previous experience in a laundry industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
