Job Qualifications :

1. Minimum education from Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.

2. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the optical industry.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities, having a certificate in optics or a demonstrated passion for the optical field is an advantage.

4. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and skilled in upselling.

5. Proficient in everyday English communication for the workplace.

6. Familiar with order entry and processing systems and customer oriented.

7. Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.

Job Description :

1. Directly handling customer complaints in-store.

2. Providing customer service and product information, including warmly welcoming customers during assigned picket duties, guiding them in selecting frames, and assisting with queue numbers for eye examinations.

3. Performing eye examinations such as refraction, visual acuity (visus), binocular vision testing, and contact lens fitting.

4. Offering eye care consultations to customers.

5. Conducting urgent lens cutting services directly in-store.

6. Actively engaging in upselling by recommending suitable premium products and services to meet customer needs.

7. Compiling and reconciling offline order data using the iSeller and Odoo systems.

8. Placing lens orders for the website through Polycore and Essilor.
