Role Summary

As an Associate Consultant at WidaTech, you will work closely with a high-performing and collaborative team to support clients by identifying and addressing their concerns, delivering tailored tech-based solutions through in-depth analysis of their needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll have to be eager to learn, be proactive and adaptable in your approach, as well as utilizing critical thinking to overcome complex challenges. Most importantly, you should be driven by a strong sense of purpose, to help clients transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their business operations by implementing our thoughtfully crafted strategies.



Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.



1–3 years of professional experience in Consulting, Business Development, or other relevant roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).



Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or other languages is a plus.



Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business arrangements.



Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills to develop strategic solutions tailored to client challenges.



Flexible and adaptable, capable of navigating sudden changes and shifts in project direction.



Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.



Proficient in data visualization tools, presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint), and is confident in engaging with clients.



Demonstrated project management, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.



Highly collaborative and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic team environments.



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.



Genuine commitment to understanding client's needs, providing value-driven solutions, and building long-term relationships based on trust.
