Assiting Business Development Manager in product development ideation, conceptualization to implementation

Work in all teams of product discovery (user interviews/shadowing, design workshops, whiteboarding, mocks/wireframes, and user testing

Create requirements, business / system flow, and other documentation to support project deliverables

Contribute to the standard product development plan

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, or related technical field

An understanding of software applictaion development practices and life-cycle

Passion for digital products

Proven ability to learn fast

Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative

Good product design sense (UI/UX) (optional)

Ability to work independently and take initiative while also serving as a team player

Ability to interact effectively with Associates across all levels of the organization and variety of culture
