Asst. Food Beverage Manager

• Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Engineering, Culinary, or related fields depending on the position. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hotel industry or relevant field (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions). • Good knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and hospitality SOP. • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team. • Guest-oriented, professional, and able to deliver excellent service standards. • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays. • Physically and mentally fit for operational roles in a hotel environment. • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment. • Good attitude, discipline, and responsible work ethic. • Able to follow instructions and maintain high service quality standards. • Proficient in English is an advantage (especially for front office and guest service roles). • For engineering/technical roles: must have relevant technical skills and experience in hotel maintenance systems. • For culinary roles: must understand kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (HACCP is a plus). • For supervisory/managerial roles: must have strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
