Description :

- Conducting user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience
- Creating user personas based on research findings to represent different user types 
- Designing wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the product or website 
- Creating interactive prototypes to visualize the user flow and interactions before development 
- Designing the visual components of the product, including buttons, icons, typography, and color schemes - Ensuring consistency in design elements across screens and platforms 
- Creating high-fidelity mockups and assets for developers to implement 
- Designing how users interact with the interface, including animations, transitions, and feedback to actions
- Creating seamless, responsive, and engaging user flows.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an UI/UX Designer or equivalent 
- Excellent with Figma design tools 
- Knowledge of technologies, behavior, and experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (e.g., iOS, Android, Web) 
- Ability to approach design challenges creatively and analytically
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate user needs and design solutions 
- Aligning design goals with business objectives and user needs 
- Understanding about design system 
- Adaptive, self-educating, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback 
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
