Banquet Operation Manager

• Minimum education D3/S1 in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, or banquet operations, depending on the position. • Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales strategies, revenue generation, and customer service. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve departmental targets. • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with clients, corporate partners, and business networks. • Customer-oriented, proactive, professional, and able to handle challenges effectively. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail. • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines and business targets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant hotel management systems or sales tools. • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and according to hotel operational requirements.
