Job Description: As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with high quality and consistent taste. This role requires the ability to operate coffee equipment, perform daily calibration, maintain cleanliness at the bar station, and deliver friendly service to customers. Mastery of coffee machine operations and basic latte art techniques is essential.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve espresso-based and other hot/cold beverages according to standard recipes - Operate coffee machines, especially Bezzera 2016 2 Group - Perform daily calibration to ensure consistency in coffee taste - Use and maintain coffee grinders, especially Maquinos E63 - Create latte art using basic techniques (heart, tulip, rosetta) - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and equipment - Monitor and manage stock of bar ingredients and supplies - Provide excellent and friendly customer service at all times - Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor
