Job Description :

1. Greet the guest, present menu, help with guest choice, making suggestions, takes order and serves food & beverage according to standard procedures.

2. Process drink orders in proper calling order

3. Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience

4. Assisting with general duties such as stock management, maintain a clean and organized work environment

5. Actively contributing to develop service standard and new menu

6. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver efficient service

7. Upsell products and promote menu items

   Requirements:

   1. Experienced in manual brew both coffee, tea and matcha

   2. Love to learn something new, especially about matcha and Japanese tea

   3. An advantage if you have wide knowledge about tea and matcha

   4. Fluent in English

   5. A story teller, not nervous and confident in conducting a product presentation

   6. Customer service oriented and friendly

   7. A good team player and at the same time highly dependable and highly initiative
