Position : Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, consistency, and care

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and setup standards of the bar area

• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth, timely delivery

• Understand drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation — every detail counts

• Engage guests at the bar with warm, respectful, and professional interaction

• Monitor stock, handle basic bar prep, and follow hygiene & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for bartending as a craft, not just a task

• Strong attention to detail — from glassware to garnish

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

• Good time management and multitasking skills

• Professional attitude, discipline, and reliability

Requirements

• Maximum age: 28 years old

• Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender or bar crew (restaurant, café, or bar)

• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)

• Neat appearance, good communication, and positive work attitude
