Position Overview

We are looking for a Travel Curator to manage client requests, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth and timely reservations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and eager to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Design tailor-made travel packages based on client preferences and budgets. Manage reservations for hotels, suppliers, restaurants, and all itinerary services.

• Prepare accurate travel itineraries and update details in the operating system. Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending suitable services.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Manage payments, deposits, and invoicing; follow up with clients and accounting. Achieve high conversion rates from inquiries to bookings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages (preferred).

• Strong command of written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage).

• Knowledge of Indonesian destinations and travel products. Passion for travel and promoting “Wonderful Indonesia.” Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
