Boutique Manager

Objective

The Boutique Manager is responsible for overall management of the Seminyak boutique and the brand experience—retail sales, F&B, customer journey and all its operation; and responsible for achieving sales objectives, store profitability goals, providing highest level customer experience, achieving and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated team and developing associates to enable them to progress in their careers with John Hardy

Responsibilities:

• Manage the boutique business according the KPI and budget set.

• Proactively manage the clientele function in the store. Identify opportunities in gaining clients though community outreach and possible business partnership.

• Up to date with the market in Bali (tourist and local) to be able to strategize the sales.

• Demonstrate sales leadership for sales team by playing an active role on the selling floor. The boutique manager is expected to be 80% in sales floor and 20% in the back of house.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service both from boutique experience and brand F&B experience.

• Create training plan and execute the training (sales techniques, customer service, policies and procedures, product knowledge).

• Responsible for evaluation and development of the store team, maximizing individual potential, and ensuring succession plans.

Professional Requirements :

• Desirable 4-8 years retail experience in high end Jewelry, fashion or luxury goods desirable, with a proven and successful experience in managing a store or multiple stores.

• Passionate about fashion and jewelry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must.

• Pleasant personality and good grooming.

• Computer literate.

• Ability to take ownership of the business.

• Overseas education desirable.

• Willing to be placed in Bali.
