- Social Media & Content Management - Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; create briefs; collaborate with design/video teams; and ensure brand consistency. - Content Writing & Analysis - Write engaging captions in line with brand tone (soft-selling, exclusive, communicative) and track performance (reach, engagement, growth). - Talent & Influencer Collaboration - Identify and maintain relationships with suitable artists/influencers; prepare partnership proposals; and coordinate schedules for meetings, treatments, and content creation. - Talent Management During Visits - Act as PIC for talent visits by managing arrival flow, treatment sessions, documentation, and ensuring confidentiality and special needs are met. - Digital Campaigns & Branding - Develop creative campaigns, promos, and activations to build brand trust, strengthen premium positioning, and support business growth.
