- Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and growth - Develop and negotiate partnership/sponsorship proposals while maintaining strong external relationships - Plan and execute co-branded campaigns and offline brand activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy - Lead end-to-end execution of events, including coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal teams - Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all partnership, sponsorship, and event touchpoints - Monitor performance and ROl of brand initiatives, providing insights to optimize future strategies - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in brand marketing - Proven track record in managing partnerships, sponsorships, and offline brand activations that drive brand impact - Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to secure high-value brand collaboration - Solid expertise in offline event execution-from planning to vendor management, budgeting, and post-event evaluation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting to both internal and external audiences
