We are at a growth inflection point and need a creative strategist who can think like a marketer, act like a builder, and execute like an owner. This isn’t a “social media job.” This is for someone who wants to build a brand with depth, clarity, and strategy side by side with the Founder.

Your Mission:

  1. You will be the Founder’s right hand in shaping and executing Bakersbell’s marketing and brand direction.

  2. You will turn brand strategy into daily execution campaigns, storytelling, performance insights, and creative collaboration.

  3. You’ll help build the voice, the visuals, and the heartbeat of the brand that customers fall in love with.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Growth Work with the Founder to define, document, and refine brand identity, voice, and customer positioning. Build and maintain the “Bakersbell Brand Bible” messaging pillars, tone, and visual consistency across all channels. Analyze brand performance metrics weekly (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and translate them into insights + next steps. Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to help steer campaigns and launches.

2. Content & Campaign Direction Turn brand goals into actionable content strategy: what to post, why, and how it drives the business. Plan and coordinate product launches, collaborations, and campaign timelines. Brainstorm with the Founder on creative storytelling concepts, from reels to packaging ideas. Write or guide copy that reflects the Bakersbell tone: warm, witty, premium, and honest.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise between the Founder, design team, and operations to ensure brand consistency from content to customer experience. Manage content calendar and ensure execution aligns with launch readiness (production, packaging, inventory)
