Brand Marketing Manager

PT. Tiga Pilar Familia is a fashion accesories importer and distributor based in Jakarta. We are autorized distributor for Roche Ornament products and have our own brands including Mimori, Kamino and Loli&Moli. With 16 years of experience, we strive to meet the market demands and constantly expand our business.

Responsibilities :

1. Create marketing strategies for overall brand & marketing development at TPF both in online and offline channel.

2. Monitor social media presence of each TPF brand account and create engaging content for the audience.

3. Plan and monitor production of creative assets such as photography, video, design and copywriting to ensure brand consistency.

4. Use data-based insights to monitor campaign performance, calculate ROI and make recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

5. Maintain good & strong relationships with influencers, media platforms, brand & retail partners to maximize brand exposure.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

7. Develop retail marketing, POSM and visual merchandising programs to increase sales.

8. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

9. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Requirements and Skils :

1. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

2. Having > 5 years experience as Marketing Manager in Fashion / Retail / FMCG Industry.

3. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.

4. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns.

5. Solid knowledge of social media ads.

6. Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns.

7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
