Building Maintenance

Job Responsibilities - Active and contribute for improvement process in the workplace in term of gives improvement idea, act for improvement project and comply to the further improvement standard. - Build and repair of civil construction (foundation, brick wall, pavement, and other building construction, such as gutter, cyclone, roof- cleaning spider web, skylight, concrete floor, epoxy). - Care and maintain for workplace cleanliness before, during and after work hours to maintain work comfort. - Do the entire building construction and repair processes align with work safety instruction and HSE policies. - Electrical installation (including maintenance, repair and update drawing) exclude prod area. - Installation domestic waste (including maintenance, repair and update drawing). - Instruct how to classify material and employee uniform. - Instruct to landscaping worker about how to take domestic waste and the time of taking waste in production area. - Observe and aware about process improvement in the workplace in order to maintain work efficiency. Qualifications - Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent. - At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or related industry. - Experienced in handling operational or production-related tasks. - Willing to work full-time. - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high-quality work standards. - Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
