Business Development - Claw Machine & Powerbank Industry

Job Desc :

• Market deployment strategy planning: Based on the industry characteristics of shared power banks, claw machines/game machines, formulate regional market deployment plans, including target scene selection (shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc.), location expansion rhythm and equipment deployment planning, and combine the past market expansion experience of similar equipment

• Analyze the flow of people, consumption data and competitive product layout, optimize equipment locations, and improve the profitability of single equipment.

• Merchant cooperation and resource landing: ◦ Develop and maintain merchant resources, negotiate equipment entry cooperation (such as rent, profit-sharing model), and promote contract signing; must have local business circles (such as shopping mall operators, chain brand managers) network resources, and can quickly reach core decision makers

• Coordinate supply chain resources (equipment procurement, logistics, installation team), ensure deployment progress, and control costs.

• Operational data management and optimization: ◦ Track equipment utilization rate, failure rate, revenue and other data, and formulate operational strategies based on experience (such as adjusting pricing optimizing maintenance

Qualification :

• Industry experience: More than 3 years of market deployment or operation experience of shared equipment (such as shared power banks, vending machines, and claw machines),

• Familiar with the entire process of equipment point evaluation and merchant negotiation, and successful cases of promoting regional large-scale deployment

• Practical experience: Have the ability to independently plan and implement market plans, and have optimized equipment layout through data analysis to increase the revenue of a single device by more than 20% have experience in dealing with sudden problems such as supply chain delays and merchant withdrawals
