Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Account Officer (B2B Sales). The role is located in Cimanggis with hybrid working arrangement. The Account Officer will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue target, managing and expanding customer accounts, finding new leads and potential clients for B2B products, providing outstanding customer service specifically conducting training needs assessment with clients, presenting the proposal products and maintain good relationships also communicating effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

Experience in B2B Business Development and/or Sales for at least 1 year

Having experience in the training consultant industry is a plus

Good marketing, communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in fostering a long-term relationship with clients

Have good knowledge of people development product and project budgeting

Able to present ideas of our B2B product to the prospected customer
