Requirment:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing a team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with sales pipeline management and market research tools.
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong execution capability.
Job Description:
Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing business development team to achieve targets and sustainable growth.
Identify and explore new market opportunities through research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and manage partnership or client acquisition process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to support business initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market feedback.
Prepare comprehensive business reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Drive product or service innovation based on market demand.
