Business Development - Samarinda

Job description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development (BD) Staff to manage and grow our client base in the Samarinda. This role is responsible for running the BD team, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid background in B2B sales or business development and prior leadership experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

2. Willing to work mobile and remotely in Kalimantan Region.

3. Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.

4. Proven experience with minimum 1 years in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, and prior leadership responsibilities.

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

6. Target-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Fulfillment, Finance, and HR.

8. Have an ability to operate basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the BD team to achieve client growth and sales targets.

2. Set clear team goals and monitor performance regularly.

3. Assist in solving client issues and provide direct support to key accounts. Identify and manage new client acquisition, improve repeat and restock rates.

4. Analyze performance data and report insights to management. Collaborate with Fulfillment, Finance, and HR to ensure operational alignment.
