Business Development Senior Staff- Central Java

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development (BD) Senior Staff to manage and grow our client base in the Central Java Region. This role is responsible for running the BD team, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid background in B2B sales or business development and prior leadership experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3–5 years in Business Development/Sales, with proven ability to grow new regions or client bases independently

• Willingness to travel regularly (mobile) for client visits

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic field conditions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and adapt to changing market conditions

• Proficient in English and office tools like Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire New Clients – Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate lead tracking.

• Deliver Sales Pitch & Close First PO – Prepare tailored sales materials, present product value, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders.

• Support Client Onboarding – Provide product explanation, catalogs, and guidance on ordering flow and delivery expectations.

• Drive Repeat Purchases – Follow up after first orders, recommend next SKUs or bundles, propose promo ideas, and support early-stage growth.

• Maintain Client Relationships – Communicate regularly with clients, monitor PO frequency and value, and resolve early issues such as delivery or invoice concerns.

• Monitor Market Insights – Track local market behavior, competitor pricing, and buying patterns to support sales strategy.
