Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Understanding our e-commerce products thoroughly to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Upselling to existing customers by recommending additional products and services based on their needs and preferences.
Collaborating with the business development team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Assisting in the negotiation and closure of partnership agreements to drive revenue growth.
Providing support in client relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contributing to the development and execution of sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven interest and understanding of the e-commerce industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
