Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Director of Operations in planning, monitoring, and executing multiple business projects (e.g. new outlet openings, vendor partnerships, process rollouts).

2. Act as a liaison between departments (kitchen, logistics, HR, finance, marketing, etc) to ensure alignment and progress on cross-functional tasks.

3. Track project timelines and provide regular updates to the Director.

4. Prepare business documents, presentations, and reports for internal use or stakeholder meetings.

5. Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks and commitments.

6. Help identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

7. Represent the Director of Operations in meetings or site visits when required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in all major

2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or business support—ideally in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage several initiatives at once.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Able to work independently and take initiative

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Comfortable working in both office and on-site (restaurant/outlet) environments.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); project management tools (e.g. Notion) is a plus
