Requirements:





Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.



Based in Surabaya City and willing to cover surrounding areas.



Proficiency level of English and local language and able to communicate well.



Proven experience with more than 1 years in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, and prior leadership responsibilities.



Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.



Target-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



Have own vehicle and willing to travel as needed



Key Responsibilities:





Lead and support the BD team to achieve client growth and sales targets.



Set clear team goals and monitor performance regularly.



Assist in solving client issues and provide direct support to key accounts.



Identify and manage new client acquisition, improve repeat and restock rates.



Analyze performance data and report insights to management.



Collaborate with Fulfillment, Finance, and HR to ensure operational alignment.
