Business Development

Role Description

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and new clients/partnerships.

• Organize internal meetings, events, team outings, and celebrations.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Managing document of cooperation with client such as: contract extention, sending invoices, presentation with new client

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal department such as: E-Commerce Specialist, KOL, Content Creator, Live Streamer to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction.

• Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a comfortable and functional working environment.

• Provide support for distributing free samples in collaboration with the MCN team.

• Monitor inventory and reorder office supplies as needed.

• Maintain and recap of asset, facility and maintenance such as electricity, internet, facility, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the E-commerce industry is a must.

• Good knowledge of E-commerce trends.

• Proven experience in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing client relationships.

• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Able to operate Microsoft Excel / spreadsheets.

• Can join ASAP and willing to work 100% WFO (Office based in Kalideres, West Jakarta).
