Business Developtment Executive

About the Role: #LifeVitae is looking for a sharp, target-driven Business Development Executive who can lead and close sales opportunities with institutions, including universities (B2B) and government clients (B2G).

You’ll be on the frontlines of our sales engine, identifying prospects, pitching LifeVitae as a solution for career development, and closing deals that bring real impact to educational and public sector ecosystems.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Actively prospect, qualify, and close deals with universities, government bodies, and other institutions

2. Manage end-to-end sales cycles: from outreach and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and closing

3. Customize sales strategies for B2B vs. B2G prospects

4. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets

5. Collaborate with proposal, product, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation post-sale

6. Represent LifeVitae in client meetings, tenders, and presentations (virtual & onsite)

You Must Have:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2G sales (edtech, SaaS, HR-tech, or similar industries preferred)

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

4. Familiarity with institutional buying processes (especially in education/government)

5. High initiative, ownership, and comfort in a fast-moving, target-driven environment

6. Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Experience selling to universities, ministries, or regional government bodies

2. Exposure to public procurement or tendering processes
