Active English Bali is seeking an experienced Business English Trainer to deliver high-impact training for our corporate clients. This role is ideal for educators who thrive in professional environments and can translate language learning into measurable workplace performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver dynamic, results-oriented English training for adult professionals (online and/or on-site)
• Customize lessons based on company objectives, industry context, and participants’ proficiency levels
• Design practical activities focused on workplace communication, presentations, meetings, and customer interactions
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to both participants and company stakeholders
• Monitor learner progress and demonstrate tangible improvement over time

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English to adult learners
• Proven experience in Business English or corporate training environments
• Experience with Hospitality English, ESP, or industry-specific training is highly valued
• IELTS, TOEFL, or TOEIC teaching experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
