Business Partner & Cost Accountant Staff

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum age 30

• Minimum D3/S1 (Associate/Bachelor’s degree) in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a Cost Accountant, Business Analyst, or Finance Staff

• Capable of communicating fluently in English during meetings and discussions

• Strong understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in financial and cost-related matters

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software such as SAP or similar

• Willing to be placed in Tambun Selatan, Bekasi

• Able to join immediately

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Involving on budgeting by preparing the raw data and input into the system

• Conduct months end close activity for plant operation (Inventory closing, GIT, Indirect PO, AUC)

• Provide month end reporting such a production volume, productivity, CAPEX, FTE, inventory movement, variance and indirect cost by department and IC margin

• Coordinate inventory stock take inventory with related department (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production) once a year

• Conduct annual physical count of asset and tagging new fixed asset

• Review and ensure completeness and documentation related with purchase with system (ARIBA)

• Handle CAPEX, AUC and Fixed asset for Plant (capitalization, disposal and transfer/movement asset)
