We at Mitra Data Lab are currently helping our partner, Snack Andalanku, to find a Business Support Staff! If you love organizing, coordinating, and supporting both operations and social media activities - this role might be for you.

Job Description

• Provide operational and administrative support, including vendor coordination, purchasing, payroll recap, and document management.

• Maintain communication and coordination between the owner, outlet leaders, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support marketing and social media activities by creating simple visual content, managing posting schedules, and assisting promotional campaigns.

• Prepare weekly operational and promotional reports, identify issues, and propose improvements for outlet performance.

• Ensure the implementing and updates of SOPs according to company guidlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any major (Administration, Management, or Communication are preferred).

• Experience in administration, operations, or marketing support is an advantage. Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in using Google Sheet, Canva, and CapCut (is a plus).

• Basic understanding of social media management. Detail-oriented, honest, communicative, has strong time-managemenet skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
