* Content Output Targets — Produce a minimum of 10 videos and 5 photo/carousel posts per month across all Alforn social media platforms, ensuring content is high‑quality, on‑brand, and optimized for reach. * Social Growth Accountability — Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed Alforn’s monthly follower, reach, and engagement growth targets, supported by weekly performance reviews. * Community Activation — Build and maintain relationships with cyclists, runners, padel groups, motorbike clubs, and other lifestyle communities, creating reasons for them to regularly gather at Alforn. * B2B Pipeline Development — Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B partners (cafés, restaurants, offices, schools, embassies, sports facilities) to expand Alforn’s wholesale and catering revenue streams. * Customer Footfall Growth — Design and execute weekly initiatives to increase in‑store traffic, especially during off‑peak hours (e.g., morning bundles, community meetups, loyalty pushes). * Content Calendar Ownership — Maintain a structured monthly content calendar covering campaigns, events, collaborations, and seasonal promotions. * UGC & Creator Management — Encourage and curate user‑generated content, coordinate with micro‑creators, and ensure consistent reposting of customer content. * Local Area Marketing — Conduct outreach to nearby offices, gyms, schools, and residential communities to promote catering, group orders, and recurring partnerships. * In‑Store Branding Execution — Ensure all in‑store promotional materials (posters, table tents, QR codes, menu highlights) are updated, visually consistent, and aligned with ongoing campaigns. * Performance Reporting — Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing content output, engagement, campaign performance, footfall impact, and B2B pipeline progress. * Menu Launch Campaigns — Lead the end‑to‑end marketing of new menu items, including teaser content, launch videos, influencer tastings, and in‑store promotions. * Cu
