CAFE / CANTEEN LEADER (GREEN SCHOOL)

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages.

• Preferably with a background in hospitality education.

• Demonstrates leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a pleasant personality.

• Immediate availability for work is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and preparing menus, including the development of new menu ideas.

• Understanding food products and adjusting menu variations for the benefit of the company, eliminating unpopular items.

• Responsibilities for menu arrangement, pricing and cost determination, food presentation, and sales.

• Coordinating with the purchasing department for pre-orders and the procurement of food ingredients.

• Generating weekly reports on sales, total pre-orders, and addressing any encountered issues.

• Leading the team and ensuring adherence to applicable SOP/Standard Regulations.

• Handling all complex customer service issues.

• Taking responsibility for sales fluctuations.

• Managing inventory inspections.

• Clearly understanding product popularity through the analysis and interpretation of sales reports.

• Scheduling staff duties.

• Maintaining cleanliness and arrangement of the Farm Stand and its surrounding areas.
