Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in the Semarang Area. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and providing support through phone calls. They will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on various products and services. The Agent will work closely with team members and use computer systems to log and track customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative and providing Customer Support

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Min D3
